The redemption programme has been designed to help people achieve something that they never thought would be possible.
Join the Herd and Muscle Apprentice clients join forces to take part in the Redemption Programme; a manageable, sustainable, effective and enjoyable way to carve your own journey while working as part of a community towards an end goal.
The programme is a challenge set out by us to give you the opportunity to take part in a celebration of achieving a full mind-body transformation while getting you in the best shape of your life.

The 5 Foundation Principles
Optimise Movement
Movement programme covers training, cardio, mobility and stretching. Based on individual goals, experience and lifestyle. Everything you enjoy can be included, but there will be new things to try too! *This does NOT necessarily have to be a programme to do in the gym; many girls who are part of the Herd train at home with little to no equipment.*
Self-Love / Confidence
Lifestyle and mindfulness techniques: This may be something that you’ve never even tried before but we will trial some new ways to get you working on your own self-awareness.
Nourish
Nutritional strategy: This is based on calories and macros, education and guidance. All dietary requirements taken in to account. You will learn how to nourish your body with a balanced, healthy diet without having to cut out pizza, chocolate and ice-cream. *Only exclusions in terms of nutrition are based around dietary requirements, allergies and intolerances.*
Recovery
Education and guidance on how to optimise recovery. Recovery is the most underrated part of anyones journey; it allows our body to better deal with stress and to repair. You will learn to listen your body and be guided by how it feels; not beast yourself to the ground.
Hormones
Education and tailored deep dive in to your current hormone profile. Hormones are a mind-field, but I promise you, once you understand them a little better and can apply them to yourself a little, it becomes so much easier to process.
The Programme
The journey itself is 4 months of dedicated work where you will be part of a like minded community of people, who are on a similar journey to you, with the same goal of reaching that finish line together; a photoshoot with the UK’s #1 fitness photographer, Christopher Bailey.
Right now, this is probably something that you’re thinking that getting in front of a camera is something that would never be possible, but we are here to guide you and help you to overcome the default habits and self sabotage tactics that have been holding you back.
This is your opportunity to document your journey, to document that moment in time that you dedicated to turning up and being the BEST version of you.
We want you to take the mindset of average and set the fires of motivation in you to achieve the mind and body transformation we know you are capable of.
